Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Functional Medicine Physician to join our team at Lake Pleasant Family Medicine. As a key member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide comprehensive, whole-body care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in a primary care setting.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in functional medicine to provide evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
  • MD/DO licensure from an accredited university.
  • Current valid license issued by the state in which you will practice.
  • DEA licensure or ability to obtain.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • A strong sense of ethics and ability to act with integrity.
  • A willingness to be coached and trained by experienced clinicians.
  • A hunger to achieve financial success and independence.
  • A passion for focusing on prevention and whole-body care to take patient care to the next level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Certification in Functional Medicine or significant experience/practice in functional medicine.
  • Experience in a fully digitized office supporting genetic testing, blood testing, oral pathology screening, EKG, and ultrasound technology.
  • Experience overseeing clinical care teams, including mid-levels and medical assistants/scribes.
  • Experience partnering with clinical care teams to ensure high-quality care.
  • Proficiency in EPIC EHR.
