Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and compassionate in-home caregivers to join our dedicated team. As an in-home caregiver, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, grow your skill set through our online learning university, and enjoy a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing in-home care with empathy and compassion
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment for clients
- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as walking, grooming, and bathing
- Aiding clients with errands, appointments, and social activities
- Updating office staff on client progress as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- HCA License # and TB Test (preferred; required at hire)
- The ability to meet quality standards of care and adhere to standard procedures
- At least 6 months of in-home or skilled facility caregiving experience (preferred)
