Hourly rates range from $27.84 to $45.46, determined by your prior experience.

Additional differentials include:
- Evening differential: $2.50/hr.

Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, your core responsibilities will encompass:

- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Analyzing patient data to establish care priorities and implement effective strategies.
- Providing both direct and indirect nursing care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Evaluating patient responses to interventions and adjusting care plans as necessary.

In this role, you will also:
- Plan and deliver individualized peri-operative care using the nursing process.
- Supervise surgical department staff in the management of surgical patients.
- Provide care across all age groups, from infants to the elderly.


Qualifications:
Education:
- A diploma or associate degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a Master of Science in Nursing is preferred.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, with a strong emphasis on CVOR experience.

Licensure and Certification:
- A current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required prior to patient care, with ongoing maintenance throughout employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is also required and must be maintained during employment.
