About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries every night, ensuring that they meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet customer demand
• Ensure all baked goods are prepared according to Panera Bread's quality standards
• Represent Panera Bread's cultural values in your daily work
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently
• Perform other duties as needed, such as stocking, prep, and sanitation

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a related field (training provided)
• Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Age 18 or older
