Key Responsibilities

This role includes:
  • Performing Required Inspections and Preventive Maintenance: The technician will be responsible for performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks on fleet vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Fleet Vehicle Inspection and Repair: They will inspect and diagnose issues with fleet vehicles, perform necessary repairs, and ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications.
  • Electronic System Diagnostics: The technician will utilize computer-based diagnostic software to identify and troubleshoot electrical system problems.
  • Mechanical Repairs: They will perform repairs on engines, transmissions, and other critical vehicle systems.
  • Safety and Compliance: The technician must adhere to all regulatory requirements and ensure that their work does not compromise the safety or environmental integrity of the fleet.


Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Technical Training: A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • At Least 2 Years of Experience: You must have significant experience in fleet maintenance and repair.
  • ASE Certifications: Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Truck certifications are preferred but not required.
