We are seeking a highly skilled Bankruptcy Secretary to support our comprehensive bankruptcy practices at Taylor Root. This role will involve providing administrative support to our team of experts, ensuring the smooth operation of our bankruptcy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the bankruptcy team, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assisting with the preparation of court documents, including pleadings, motions, and other filings.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including case files and client information.
  • Coordinating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in bankruptcy or a similar area.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
