Job Description

Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect personal care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and colleagues.
  • Perform duties as assigned on the personal care service plan, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
  • Remind clients to take self-administered medications and assist with medication management as needed.
