Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality pasta dishes, sandwiches, and grilled items to meet our guests' expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our strict sanitation standards.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets to ensure seamless service.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment.
• Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences.
