Fusion Medical Staffing is a leading provider of medical staffing solutions, and we are currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work with us on a 13-week assignment. As a SLP with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medically prescribed speech language pathology to restore function and prevent disability following injury or loss of a body part.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records pertinent to patient treatment.
  • Educate patients, other health professionals, and family regarding speech therapy on an ongoing basis.
  • Observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment, document and report findings accordingly.
  • Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
Requirements
  • One to three years' experience as an SLP preferred.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
