Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-care.
- Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and other certifications as required by individual department.
- One (1) year of experience as an RN in a hospital setting.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and continuing education requirements as defined within the CARE program.
