Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to create and execute strategic goals to satisfy the organization's Vision, Mission, and CORE Values.
  • Responsible for department and individual goals for each team member.
  • Hire, train, supervise, develop, and evaluate the Case Management Team leadership and staff.
  • Oversee team schedules, workflows, and efficiencies.
  • Assign responsibilities based on each staff member's strengths and provide ongoing support and feedback.
  • Ensure the efficient execution of policies, procedures, and processes are compliant and carried out properly.
  • Manage client interactions and communications smoothly by facilitating communication between attorneys, support staff, and clients.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the technology, legal, compliance, human resources, and marketing teams.
  • Maintain and manage the weekly Performance Dashboard.
Requirements
  • Ability to lead, develop, and teach others through strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Three or more proven years of experience managing a successful team.
  • Proven experience hiring and training a team.
  • Paralegal and law firm experience required.
  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Ability to build community and camaraderie.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Must be precise in gathering, organizing, and filing documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must develop relationships and work well as a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Personal injury experience in a law firm preferred.
  • Strong desire to grow a team and help the organization grow.
