About the Role:

  • Provide direct care to residents in assisted living and memory care facilities
  • Administer medications and assist with ADLs
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and medication administration

What We Offer:

  • $28-$34 per hour, depending on experience and shift differential
  • Weekly pay guarantee
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 for full-time staff

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
  • Graduation from a Trained Medication Aide Course of at least 48 hours
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing home or assisted living experience
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
