Therapy Care Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Colville Health and Rehabilitation. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions
- Provide direct patient care, including screenings, assessments, and treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care planning and communication
- Graduate from an accredited school of occupational therapy
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- 6 months experience in a long-term care environment (preferred)
$52,500 - $65,000 per year, based on experience
