  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of participant counts, program evaluations, and other relevant data.
  • Training and Development: Participate in in-service trainings and complete required certifications to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Nationally recognized group exercise certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NETA, AFAA) and/or specialized format certification (SilverSneakers, Zumba, LesMills, etc.).
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain a criminal record clearance.
