Key Responsibilities:

As a Bartender, your role will involve serving each guest with courtesy, speed, and efficiency, accompanied by a sincere, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, while adhering to guidelines for the legal and responsible service of alcohol. Your duties will encompass taking orders, engaging in suggestive selling, preparing drinks according to established recipes, handling payments accurately, and managing cash transactions during your shift, including balancing the register at the end of your shift to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

What are we looking for? A successful candidate for the bartender position must be at least 18 years old, consistently adhere to laws regarding responsible alcohol service, possess excellent communication skills, be capable of lifting 15-20 pounds, and be able to thrive behind the bar for up to 8 hours at a time.
