We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hopedale Medical Complex. As a night shift RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in our 5-bed Emergency Department, working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, prioritizing their needs and providing individualized attention.
- Assess and document patient status, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and drips as ordered, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Participate in regular in-service training and quality assurance activities to maintain and improve patient care.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and valid Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- ER and/or ICU experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, 6pm to 6:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays.
- Competitive hourly wage of $35.
- Shift differential of $3 for nights and $4 for weekends.
