About the Role:
- Your primary focus is to deliver exceptional customer service.
- You will monitor and survey your assigned area, providing reports on activities.
- You will respond swiftly in critical situations.
- You will be proficient in writing detailed reports.
- You will understand when and how to enforce customer policies, regulations, and standards.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- You must successfully complete a comprehensive screening process, including a credit check and drug screening.
- Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is advantageous.
- A state license is required or you must be willing to obtain one.
**Free training is provided for the UT DOPL Unarmed and Armed Security License, as mandated by law.**
