Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Lawton, OK.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Catheterization Laboratory setting. As a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse.
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
