We are seeking a highly skilled RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Memphis. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight of homecare clients and patients served, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise care management and personnel management associated with clinical delivery
- Orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers
- Assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers
- Caregiver development through education and training under the direction of the office clinical leader
- Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)
- Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required
- Proficiency in the English language is required
- Salary: $68,000 - $75,000 plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly
