Job Summary:

Aramark is seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the site grounds, ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve site grounds, including mowing, trimming, leaf removal, and de-icing.
  • Utilize planned designs to determine landscaping needs and implement effective solutions.
  • Operate trucks, tractors, and attachments used to maintain grounds, as well as equipment such as power mowers, saws, weed eaters, and hedge trimmers.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, and reporting any issues to management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
