The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of MRI procedures and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screens patients before exams to ensure proper preparation and safety
- Performs routine and advanced MRI procedures with minimal supervision
- Adjusts scan parameters as needed to produce high-quality images
- Maintains accurate patient records and follows HIPAA guidelines
- Ensures equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after each use
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assists with maintaining imaging protocol manuals and software upgrades
- Monitors medical supply inventory and requests supplies as needed
- Trains new associates on MRI procedures and safety protocols
