Your role is vital. Each position impacts our patients' lives, and you have the chance to make a significant difference. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our exceptional team.
Role Responsibilities and QualificationsKey Responsibilities:
- Assist the Registered Nurse in developing and maintaining an effective patient care plan.
- Reinforce the instructions provided by the physician and Registered Nurse, and communicate any new patient needs to the Registered Nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, weight, and height.
- Collect laboratory samples from patients, including blood and urine samples.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar role.
- Current Florida LPN License is required.
- BLS certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) is necessary.
