Oncology Revenue Cycle Leader

Beverly Hills Oncology Me is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director of Cancer Center Operations to oversee the planning, organization, and coordination of daily revenue cycle operations. This key leadership role will ensure effective processes for charge capture, claims processing, and overall revenue collections and payment functions for all patients.
About Us:
We are a private comprehensive cancer treatment facility in Southern California, providing state-of-the-art cancer treatment under one roof. Our facilities include innovative radiation oncology, soothing infusion centers, full-service diagnostic imaging, and award-winning diagnostic laboratories. We also conduct leading clinical trials for cancer treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient access to service, authorization, charge capture, payor contracting, financial support, and billing and collection activities on a daily basis. They will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of related policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong professional leadership and financial skills, with experience in introducing new revenue cycle solutions and capabilities.
Requirements:
This position requires a minimum of seven years of revenue cycle experience, with five years of supervisory experience. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in system implementation or enhancement, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications, and excellent interpersonal skills.
