As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality cooked meats, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on food preparation, packing, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading shipments of raw materials and finished products
  • Working in freezers and coolers to store and prepare raw meat, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures
  • Preparing raw meats for sous vide cooking, adhering to strict quality control standards
  • Packing finished products for distribution, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by management, including maintenance and housekeeping duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid environments
  • Ability to pass a pre-hire drug screen
