Your Responsibilities
As an HVAC Control Systems Specialist, you will:
- Conduct system commissioning using our proprietary configuration and commissioning tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical, electrical, and control issues within HVAC systems
- Respond to warranty service calls as needed.

How You Will Achieve This
- Load software onto system-level controllers
- Perform advanced commissioning and diagnostics from controllers to end devices (e.g., sensors, actuators) and complete all necessary documentation
- Keep management and clients informed about job progress and any issues
- Calibrate systems using basic electronic testing equipment
- Complete administrative tasks, including timesheets and expense reports
- Document changes and provide information for as-built documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients upon arrival and before departing the worksite
- Adhere to all safety standards and participate in required safety training.

What We Seek
Qualifications:
- An associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of HVAC control systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, and installation techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills to represent our company professionally
- Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Leadership capabilities to assist mechanics working on non-complex Building Automation equipment
- Proficiency in PC applications and HVAC-related software programming
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
