Asset Living is seeking a skilled Porter to join our team at the Veranda Club. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our community, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.

• Community Maintenance
  • Clean and maintain the grounds, residential areas, and common spaces, including make-ready units and amenities
  • Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to extend the life of our community
  • Inspect the community daily to identify and address any hazardous conditions or liability concerns
• Customer and Resident Relations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive image of our community
  • Ensure consistency in dealing with residents and enforce community policies as delegated by your supervisor
