Kahlig Auto Group is seeking a dedicated Service Lane Attendant to join our team. This role involves the courteous parking and retrieval of vehicles for service clients, ensuring a seamless experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcomes clients and directs them to the appropriate personnel
  • Park vehicles in designated locations
  • Retrieve vehicles for clients promptly
  • Install license plates as needed
  • Replace vehicle bulbs when necessary
  • Inform the Assistant Service Manager or Estimator if clients are waiting
  • Maintain a clear service drive, free of parked vehicles
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operation
  • Assist clients with transferring luggage or packages between vehicles
  • Support technicians in moving non-operational vehicles
  • Notify management of any damage to client vehicles
  • Help maintain cleanliness on the service drive, ensuring it is free of debris
  • Participate in departmental meetings
