Salary and Benefits

This full-time opportunity offers an estimated annual salary range of $76,960 - $89,440, including a $6,000 hiring bonus. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including generous PTO, holiday pay, 401(k), medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA with company contribution, and much more.

Job Description

As a Home Care Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Completing admissions and visits for our Home Care team
  • Delivering high-quality patient care in a home setting
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school for RN and licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota
  • A minimum of twelve (12) months experience working in an acute care or home health environment
  • Evidence of current CPR certification
  • Experience in Home Care, including OASIS; minimum one (1) year experience preferred
  • Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office
