Responsibilities- Conduct detailed clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Prioritize patient needs and delegate tasks to ensure efficient care delivery
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education to patients, families, and healthcare staff to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
- At least one year of recent, full-time experience in Cardiovascular ICU
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
