Job Description

The Lead Behavioral Health Technician will direct and manage the daily operations and activities of assigned programs to ensure compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and policies. This includes providing direct care services to individuals, ensuring their safety, support, and therapeutic engagement.

Key Job Duties
  • Provide direct support and care to members, including monitoring, skill-building, and crisis de-escalation.
  • Assist members with daily living activities, including hygiene, meals, and transportation.
  • Facilitate therapeutic activities, groups, and educational sessions.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for BHT staff by demonstrating best practices and providing guidance.
  • Lead onboarding and training of new staff, ensuring understanding of policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and be able to provide leadership and guidance to others.
