Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing beverages and food products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized service to ensure a positive experience.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare high-quality beverages and food products according to company policies and procedures.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the dining area, stockroom, and equipment.
• Cash Handling: Manage cash drawer and follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Work Experience: Previous customer service or food service experience is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the public.
• Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
