Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed base salary and uncapped earning potential, allowing you to excel in your career.
The estimated salary for this role is $250,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Job DescriptionWe seek a skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic team. As a General Dentist at Trail Ridge Dental Care, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of oral health issues with precision and care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive dentistry services, including routine cleanings, fillings, and extractions
- Developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating them as necessary
Your expertise in general dentistry will enable you to build strong relationships with our patients, ensuring their trust and satisfaction with our services.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted license in the state of Iowa
- Comprehensive dentistry skills, including proficiency in diagnosis and treatment of various oral health issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination
A minimum of three years of clinical experience is preferred, but not required.
