Job Title: Radiology Technologist
Hutchinson Clinic P.A is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic x-ray procedures, providing exceptional patient care, and working closely with our radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic x-ray procedures as directed by physicians, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
- Verify patient and exam information, positioning patients appropriately, and selecting the correct equipment and settings.
- Assist radiologists during special procedures, monitoring patient conditions and providing support as needed.
- Prepare studies for radiologists to review, completing procedure information and labeling images correctly.
- Participate in the supervision of student technologists and new hires, providing guidance and training as required.
Requirements:
- At least six months of similar or related experience.
- A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study in radiologic technology.
- Current certification (ARRT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Kansas State licensure and CPR certification required.
