Assembler/ Tester A Job Description

Cenergy International is seeking a skilled Assembler/ Tester A to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing a variety of complex products to meet customer quality and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test products with mechanical components, single hydraulic systems, and multiple part numbers.
  • Perform lockwiring, first stage subassembly, and final detailing functions.
  • Contribute to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Work under general supervisory guidance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • One or more years of industry-related experience in assembly in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate product and process knowledge by applying it to newly learned techniques.
  • Able to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.
  • Possess strong mechanical reasoning.
  • Able to implement and effectively apply lean initiatives.
  • Possess effective interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Able to interpret reports and use standard business software applications.
  • May require soldering certification per customer requirements.
Preferred Skills:

Able to effectively demonstrate team member competencies and participate in goal setting, performance feedback, and self-development activities.

The pay range for this position is $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
