About the Hotel:
The Hotel Rhyland, previously known as the Richouse, will feature 202 guest accommodations and is committed to sustainable practices, making it a unique addition to the Flushing area. Our facilities will include an indoor courtyard, a rooftop bar, a restaurant, a spa, and a gym, alongside versatile event spaces designed to cater to various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Sales and Marketing, Events, Spa, and Maintenance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and guests, ensuring their experiences are memorable and satisfactory. Act as the primary representative of the hotel in the community.
- Uphold high standards of customer service as per established operational procedures.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring a motivated and well-prepared team.
- Encourage a positive work environment that aligns with the company’s values and culture.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Collaborate with management to devise and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services.
