Job Title: Diesel Technician

Join our team of skilled technicians at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores, where we're dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diesel Technician to join our team. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components. You will also assist customers with roadside services and provide preventative maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues
  • Assist customers with roadside services
  • Provide preventative maintenance services
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean places with friendly faces
  • Interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and their day better
Requirements:
  • Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters
  • Ability to work in various environments
  • Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's)
