**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Experimental Aviation Foundation Assistant. In this role, you will provide critical support to our foundation team, including preparing for AirVenture and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for donors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support, including phone coverage, supply management, data entry, and filing.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to donors, including greeting guests, providing information, and resolving issues.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including setup, registration, and cleanup for various events.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience in a similar role or relevant coursework in Nonprofit Management, Human Services, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and donors.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.
