Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Foundry Technician - Core Production to join our team at Complete Staffing LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in foundry operations and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Filling sand in core boxes and utilizing chills and risers as necessary.
  2. Operating a sand mixer to create high-quality sand cores using core boxes.
  3. Processing sand printed cores with precision.
  4. Interpreting and implementing drawing instructions accurately.

Mold Fabrication:
  1. Mixing and pouring sand into molds using a sand mixer.
  2. Stripping patterns from molds using a crane.
  3. Cleaning printed cores with brushes and vacuums.
  4. Applying mold wash to cores using various techniques.
  5. Preparing cores for partial fits.
  6. Operating cranes, front-end loaders, and forklifts safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED and/or 1+ years of equivalent work experience.

  • At least 1-2 years of manufacturing or foundry experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year based on location and experience.
