Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding repair statuses.
  • Complete service documentation in accordance with company protocols.
  • Manage inventory of parts and tools on service vehicles.
  • Uphold the standards of service vehicles, tools, and uniforms.
  • Mentor junior technicians and promote a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Reliable and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in standard computer applications.
  • Possess necessary hand tools for the trade.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Availability for on-call duties during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn new skills.
  • Universal EPA certification is preferred.
