Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and supply designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
  • Empty trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as needed.
  • Perform buffing, stripping, and waxing duties, as required.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities, documenting results.
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects, as assigned.
  • Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms, using personal protective equipment correctly.
  • Adhere to company policies, location appearance guidelines, and act with a sense of urgency.
Requirements
  • Some experience or knowledge of cleaning processes and equipment is desired.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team, provide excellent customer service, and be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess some English and Spanish language skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify.
