We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Manager to join our team at Glades Talent. As a Clinical Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our patient's clinical interdisciplinary team, ensuring quality and appropriateness of care and availability of services with appropriate staffing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the patient's clinical interdisciplinary team
  • Ensure quality and appropriateness of care and availability of services with appropriate staffing
  • Serve as a liaison, effectively problem solving and following through on patient care issues
  • Collaborate with other clinical supervisors and administrative team members to provide program oversight, supervision, training, and mentoring of clinical personnel
Requirements
  • Current and Active Registered Nurse License for the state of FL
  • Three to five (3-5) years of experience in their respective clinical field
  • One (1) year experience in home health nursing required
  • Acceptance of philosophy and goals of Agency
  • Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
  • Ability to work with individuals to enlist cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal
