We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Same Day Surgery Nurse to join our team at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 based on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse performs direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act. This role involves assessing patients' care needs, developing individualized care plans, and providing high-quality nursing care in a therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering medications, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs
  • Assessing patients' condition and communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire
  • 1-2 years of experience in same day surgery or similar setting
