Position Overview:

At Vail Resorts Hospitality, our housekeeping department is regarded as the "heart of the house." By maintaining the highest quality standards in the industry, our housekeeping team guarantees guest satisfaction at every turn. We seek individuals who are service-oriented, value cleanliness, and possess an energetic and organized approach, eager to combine hard work with enjoyment in the mountains. Position Specifications:

  • Housing: May Be Available
  • Outlet: Keystone Lodge & Spa
  • Expected Pay Range: $22.76 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
  • Skill Level: Intermediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cleaning of hotel guest rooms in accordance with company standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and service for hotel guests.
  • Anticipate guests' needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Conduct visual inspections of guest rooms and public areas to confirm that everything meets cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior housekeeping experience in hotels or condominiums is required.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work on holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

The expected pay range is $22.76. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this position, with individual pay decisions based on various factors.
