Job Title: Senior Nurse Practitioner

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical operations team at ChenMed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in our medical centers, working closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage acute and non-acute clinical problems in patients
  • Develop and implement patient management plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health and wellness
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in clinical rounds and conferences to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements:

  • ARNP or similar advanced degree in Nursing
  • Current Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of practice
  • Board certification by AANP or ANCC
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
