Job Summary

Summary: Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced kitchen environment, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and dishwashers, to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, following HACCP guidelines and department procedures.
  • Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time, serving customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Complete orders from steam tables and grill, serving customers at multiple stations.

  • Resolves customer concerns and performs other duties as assigned.
