Job Summary:

Radiology Regional is seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients in emergency situations, monitoring vital signs, and providing care until they are stable to be released or transported to a proper facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients in emergency situations and provide care until they are stable
  • Monitor vital signs and keep accurate records of incidents
  • Perform and assist with preliminary interpretation of stress EKGs and patient monitoring
  • Receives and follows directives from radiologists, diagnostic imaging center manager, and staff technologists

Requirements:

  • Associate degree from an accredited paramedic program
  • Current paramedic and State of Florida certification
  • Current ACLS and CPR certifications
  • 6+ months of experience in EMT/paramedic
  • Knowledge of all aspects of MRI safety policy procedures
