Position Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RBT to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Applying your creativity and advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy setting.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
