Job Summary:

Russ' Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Host. As a Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Warmly and graciously welcome and greet guests upon arrival, escort guests to their tables, and provide menus.
• Facility Maintenance: Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and organization, inspect restrooms for cleanliness, and clean as necessary.
• Point of Sale Operations: Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Customer Service: Answer phone calls and take phone orders, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to guest inquiries.

Requirements:

• Personality and Communication Skills: Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and reliability.
• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
