Salary: $145K+ (DOE)

About the Role:
As a Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support the organization's business objectives. You will oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance and optimizing efficiency to drive growth and profitability. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
• Developing and implementing financial strategies to align with and support the organization's business objectives and growth goals.
• Overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving efficiency and profitability across departments.
• Creating, leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and financial excellence.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent, MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful strategies.
