Job Overview

This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package based on productivity, with an estimated salary range of $200,000 to $250,000. You will have the ability to create your own caseload and number of patients, allowing you to tailor your practice to meet your individual needs.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will receive a sign-on bonus, 401K with 4% match, paid paternity leave, malpractice insurance, and yearly funds towards association or license dues.

Our office locations are throughout San Jose, CA, making commuting easy and convenient. We offer a hybrid schedule that balances work and personal life, including flexible hours and weekends off.

Responsibilities
  • Licensed in California
  • PMHNP certified
  • 1 plus years of independent psych NP experience
  • Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

You will be expected to provide high-quality patient care, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment.
